Dare to bring home breakfast with a side of the unexplained.

This well-worn vintage electric toaster may have once simply crisped bread, but it now crackles with a presence that’s difficult to ignore. Pulled from an estate where the kitchen was permanently locked after a string of… odd events, this relic hums with more than just residual heat. Its aged metal shell carries scorch marks in patterns that don’t quite make sense, and the interior glows faintly — even when unplugged. At least once, someone claimed they smelled toast before realizing the cord wasn’t even connected.

It's unclear whether this toaster ever truly turned off — or simply waits.

Perfect for collectors of haunted artifacts, eerie oddities, or those looking to complete a supernatural kitchen display. This is not recommended for use (unless you’re feeling brave or very, very hungry).

Specs:

  • Estimated 1930s–1950s era

  • Metal body with aged patina

  • Manual bread slots with side lever

  • Cord included, but we recommend display only

  • Measures approx. 9" x 6" x 7"

Believed to be a Universal Model E7829 or similar, this 1920s-era flip-style toaster features the signature open coil design and slotted base. It’s a hauntingly beautiful artifact of early American kitchens, built during a time when electricity itself was still a novelty — and possibly something more.
